Main Application

Grinder is mainly applied to food (sesame seeds, red dates, sugar, rice, corn, starch, oats, flour, beans, peas, lentils and spices, cocoa powder, potato powder, coffee, salt, milk, onion, dehydrated vegetables, glucose , oat hull, husk, herbal flavors and fragrances), chemical (polyethylene, PVC, polystyrene, polyvinyl alcohol, limestone, gypsum, paints, pigments) grinding, especially for oily, viscous material.
Food: sesame seed, walnut, rice, black rice, beans, mung beans, peanuts, lotus seed, corn, barley, buckwheat,sugar, coffee, cocoa beans, etc.
Spices: pepper, Chinese prickly ash, star anise, cinnamon, etc.It can also used to grind the root, stem, leaf,flower, fruit, tree bark, and dehydrated vegetables, etc.

Working Principle

The pulverizer uses the high-speed relative motion of the active fluted disc and the fixed fluted disc to impact and crush the raw material. The different size of granules can be acquired by changing different screen.The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, easy cleaning and is an ideal crushing equipment.

Main features:
1. The raw material is sent into the machine hopper ,then leaks into the crashing cabin.
2. The leather belt driven by motor spurs the motional hammers whirling in a high speed, the hammers chafe, collide with the immovable fluted disc in a high speed, then the raw material is ground.
3. The ground powder will leaks from the screen stencil, gets out from the discharge hole, stored inside the bag.
