The factory equipment will have air vents. Tie them in a cloth bag. The cloth bag is made of a thinner cloth that can diffuse the wind and filter the flour. The longer the bag, the better (80 cm to 2 meters). Poor air dissipation will affect the efficiency of the equipment.
2. Before starting the pulverizer (pay attention to the situation when there is no power), first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the hammer and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is any collision in the shell, and whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the arrow on the machine. Refers to the same direction, whether the motor and the powder machine are well lubricated. Then re-energize, run idling for two or three minutes, and then put it into use if there is no abnormality.
3. Put on a white leather tube! The white leather tube is 3-5cm away from the bottom end of the material pit (the most ideal height, which is helpful for the suction of raw materials)
