1). The vegetable spiral cutter have two heads. One head cutter (A-cutter) can cut leafy type or long-thin type vegetables into granule or segment, such as cabbage, celery, carob, string beans, chives, garlic bolt, sea weed etc. Another head cutter (B-cutter) can cut rhizome type vegetable or fruit into slice, shred, or cubes, such as potato, carrot, radish, onion, eggplant, ginger, lotus root, apple etc.
