Working principle

splashes out of the liner from the eyes around the inner shell of the bladder.

Structure of machine

The dewatering machine is a rubber shock proof type, which can avoid the foot vibration caused by the unbalanced load

in the rotating drum. Liner size Ф600×400,Ф800×490,Liner capacity 25KG,40KG.

The outer shell is made of stainless steel plate, the outlet pipe is on the side of the barrel, and the foot stand and the

column foot material are cast iron. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, equipped with two bearings, and the lower

end is supported by thrust ball bearings to reduce wear and save power.

The dewatering machine uses a time controller to control the working time and can be freely set according to the

dehydration time of raw materials.

Maintenance

1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, and operation of the machine.
2, should be evenly distributed when feeding, so as to avoid biased vibration.
3. Do not open the top cover during normal operation to avoid danger.
4. Do not place any items on the top cover to avoid accidents after driving.
5, semi-annual regular maintenance, add new butter.
